My name is Falujo Femi Damilola. I’m a hardworking young Nigerian based in Lagos, and right now I’m facing one of the most difficult moments of my life — but I refuse to give up.
My landlord has served me a notice to vacate by the end of July. I have no savings, no family backup, and nowhere to go. The little I had was spent keeping myself afloat while building my future.
Here’s what most people don’t know about me:
I own a piece of land. Not much — but it’s mine. And I’ve been planning to turn it into a small farm that can feed my family, create jobs, and build something lasting for my future.
The cruel irony is that I have land, but no roof over my head right now.
I’m not asking for a handout forever. I’m asking for a bridge — just enough to keep a roof over my head for the next few months while I get my farming project off the ground and secure stable income.

I have a phone, I have a skill (I’m a professional content writer and digital strategist), and I have land. What I don’t have right now is time — and a roof.
